A 100% TUITION WAIVER for the two-year degree — but it "does not cover living costs". No stipend, no relocation grant, no housing. Value equals the tuition it wipes out: EUR 15,000/yr (Business), 17,000 (Technology), 20,000 (Art/Architecture). Budget roughly EUR 900-1,200/month to live in Espoo/Helsinki and prove it for your residence permit. No separate application — you simply answer "yes" to the scholarship question on the admission form, and you cannot apply before or after the window. Non-EU applicants also pay Finland's one-time EUR 100 application fee.
