Travel allowance, stipend, health benefits coverage, university tuition and other allowances for a 6-to-9-month research stay in the United States. This funds research toward your EGYPTIAN PhD — it does not award a U.S. degree. You must hold a Master's and already be registered in a PhD at an Egyptian university. Preference goes to applicants without substantial prior overseas experience.
