A one-time EUR 5,000 award in the first year of study only — the official page states plainly that 'this is not a full-tuition scholarship.' Non-EEA Master's tuition in the Netherlands typically runs well above this, so students must budget the remaining tuition plus full living costs themselves. 11 research universities and 23 universities of applied sciences participate.
