Free (fully funded) scholarships give the student "full benefits": no tuition fees, health care for the student and family members brought to reside with him, a financial reward upon arrival, housing, annual travel tickets, and the advantages enjoyed by fellow students of the institution. NOTE: the Ministry states scholarships come in three types — free (full benefits), partial (e.g. a seat only, or a seat and housing), and paid grants — so the package varies by institution. A monthly stipend is not stated on the official page. Health and medical specialties are excluded from application.
