Türkiye is the gentlest landing abroad for an Arab student: a two-continent country where the culture rhymes with home, the scholarships (Türkiye Burslari) are genuinely full, and Istanbul never stops moving.

Studying in Türkiye — what to expect

Universities are large, modern and increasingly English-taught, with scholarship students placed across the whole country. Learning Turkish is the multiplier — the state program even teaches it to you first.

Hospitality is aggressive in the best way: tea appears before you ask, neighbors know your name, and "misafir" (guest) is a protected status. Shared religious rhythms make daily life feel familiar.

Students live well on little — dorms and meals are covered for scholars, halal food is simply food, and weekend trips swing between Aegean beaches and Anatolian history. The Arab student network is enormous.
